How to read this

The Bridge View shows where two communities — defined by where and how they live — tag the same fundamental need on a policy issue. Thicker lines between communities mean stronger shared need. The overall overlap score shows how much of the need landscape is shared. Agreement on needs does not mean agreement on solutions — the bridge shows where the conversation can start.
